Refund Policy

Project Milestones
FluxVectorWorks operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Payments are tied to specific, pre-agreed project deliverables outlined in the service contract. This structure ensures transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Pre-Contractual Deposits
An initial deposit is required to secure project scheduling and commence work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers resource allocation, initial research, and project setup costs.

Milestone Payments
Subsequent payments are due upon delivery and client approval of each milestone deliverable. If a delivered milestone does not meet the specifications agreed upon in the project contract, FluxVectorWorks will revise the deliverable at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels a project after work has commenced, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, calculated proportionally based on the agreed milestone structure. Any pre-paid amounts for undelivered milestones will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation notification.

Cancellation by FluxVectorWorks
In the event FluxVectorWorks must cancel a project due to circumstances beyond its control, all payments made for undelivered milestones will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant milestone delivery. All requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and a written response is provided.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable Spanish and EU consumer protection law.
